There are few things that you need to know beforehand:
  • The toolkit consists of some SQL Stored Procedures - These procedures access low level data object, therefore, unless you create a special user and set the correct user right by yourself, the only user that can run these procedures will be the CRM Administrator user
  • The stored procedures return data only if you have run at least one Duplicate Detection job and you have not deleted it. This allows to focus on smaller set of duplicates, depending on the selection criteria of the Duplicate Detection job. For example, if you run a job that analyses only Contact whose name starts with 'A', the stored procedures only return data related to these contacts.
